Surfing turbulent times with the
5 Dimensions of the Growth Mindset
a Zoominar for the leaders seeking a new path to growth
The Future is Bright
we just need the right mindset
As leaders, we are always forward-looking. 2020 has come and gone and while we cannot ignore its impact to organisations, we can only look ahead to see how we can shape 2021 and beyond.
But you know that the status quo has changed and if anything, the previous ways of doing things cannot be applied to the future. Covid-19 has forced digitalisation onto us in ways that no governments could. HBR's Nov/Dec 2020 cover summarises this succinctly, "The Work from Anywhere Future."
While the future looks increasingly digitalised and cross-functional, are our people ready for it? Can we simply change years of status quo and expect them to operate differently immediately? What about our suppliers - can we expect that of them? What must we do to get the whole organisation aligned with the new normal?
In this webinar, strategist and growth expert, Ian Dyason, will share why the growth mindset is so important and how organisations can utilise the 5 Dimensions of the Growth Mindset assessment to build a learning, growing and resilient organisation to meet these turbulent times!
We will discuss
Impact of the growth mindset on organisations
the new understanding of the growth mindset in organsations
measuring, identifying and developing the growth mindset
optimal growth mindset profile for leaders
about the 5 Dimensions of the Growth Mindset Assessment
At first, I thought it's just another psychology assessment, which I've done plenty of. However, it was a truly surprising and amazing one to one coaching session for me. It's interesting to find out if the extent of my growth mindset fit what my job requires and which growth area do I need to work on to excel in my current role or the future role that I wish to embark on. I appreciate Ian and Jessie for arranging this session for me.

I learned a lot about myself which has been undiscovered all these while. It helps me to understand where my strengths are and the area that I actually need to improve. I would also like to thank Ian for the detailed explanation and advice. I'm looking forward to the upcoming workshop and can't wait for the day to come.
This assessment helps me to understand better where I am lacking and in which area I should grow myself more in order to make better progress in my life. What I like the most is there are follow-up sessions and e-book that guide me on the next step to overcome the problem.
